TTT Level I Online - this 30+ hour course introduces truss technicians to design and engineering fundamentals.
Students view presentations, solve problems and learn about factors affecting truss design from specification
to installation.
TTT Level II Online - introduces advanced concepts of math and load development in this 30+ hour course. Students
view presentations, perform calculations and use truss and engineering standards like ANSI/TPI 1, NDS®, and ASCE 7.
TTT Level III - this 12+ hour course provides discussion of current technical issues. The eight sections, developed
by different industry professionals, offer advanced discussions for experienced or management level employees.
Truss Basics - is an eight-hour simplified version of Level I with less time-intensive Truss Math and Load
Development sections. It is better suited to those who want to understand truss design procedures but will not be
performing truss design.
Truss Manufacturing Orientation - a 10-hour introductory training course for anyone with little or no truss industry
experience. This program gives participants an excellent grounding in the industry with ten units of material that
can be reviewed at any pace.
TTT Materials - these are optional. All course materials are available electronically when you register, but if you
want the materials pre-assembled in a course binder with hard copies of all copyrighted documents, this is the way
to go.
TTT Exams - Becoming a TTT certified technician is optional. Purchase the exam for certifications in either Levels I,
II or III and work with WTCA staff to have it proctored at a local site, public libraries often will do this at no cost.
