Q: When is the best time to contact Customer Service?

A: Our Customer Service Department is staffed from 8:00 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time. We have Customer Service Reps in Quebec, Ontario and Alberta to assist you. 

Q: Where can I purchase MiTek products?

A: Our products are sold in the US and Canada through Retailers, Distributors and Dealers.

Q: Which retailers carry Structural Connectors?

A: All Lowes and carry a selection of popular connector products. Items that are not in stock can be special ordered

Q: Who do I talk to if I need assistance in determining the correct product or need technical advice?

A: Contact our Customer Service Department between 8:00 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time.

Q: What if my product need is not specified in the Product Catalog?

A: Contact our Customer Service department, we will be happy to research to find the best solution for your needs.

Q: I want to provide my own design, are you able to assist?

A: Customer Service will work with our Engineering Department to design and manufacture the product needed for your application.

Q: Do you have corrosion information for Structural Connector products?

A: Corrosion Protection information is located on the website page under our Product section. Click on this link for more information, or contact Customer Service.

Q: I want to deviate from the specified nails in the Catalog for a face mount hanger, what is acceptable?

A: Please refer to our Optional Nails Chart on page 20 of the Catalog. Please contact Customer Service if other fasteners need to be specified.

Q: How can I return product I have ordered in error?

A: Please contact the Customer Service Department by phone between 8:00 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time. We will assist you in determining if the return is possible. See Return Policy located on Policies and Warranty tab.
